LLC, and additional defendants.
The complaint charges that plaintiffs suffered $89
million in losses as a result of a massive Ponzi
scheme orchestrated and implemented by National Century
Financial Enterprises and defendants. Lieff Cabraser
reached settlements with several of the defendants
for the benefit of the Funds and continues to prosecute
the case against the non-settling defendants. |
